I can't believe my baby girl is 1 today! The year has gone by so fast. So many things have occurred in the year...Olivia had a fight with blood sugar issues at birth and ended up spending 4 days in the hospital having her foot pricked every 3 hours only to return 2 days later for more blood to be drawn. Finally things leveled out and things are fine now with that. The of course we have fought ear infections for several months, only to be lead to having tubes placed in our ears. I know it is a simple short surgery with very little pain, but there is just something about your baby being sedated that gets to me. She is doing great since the tubes...another hurdle down! I know there are so many more to come over the next years...I am looking forward to everyone of them.
She is walking now and jabbers constantly. Mama, Bubu, Dada are her favorite words as well as seeing how loud she can squeal at everyone! She has her own little personallity as well. She has quickly learned the meaning of No Maam, thank goodness. She is a happy baby, always smiling and seldom cries! She sleeps in her own bed, which is more than Jaxson does and he is 3! Olivia has a mouth full of teeth, well acutally she has 9 with a few more trying to come in. She eats good, as anyone that has seen or tries to hold her would know! LOL
She is truely a blessing from God and the most precious baby girl I know, (I'm sure I am biased)! She celebrated her first birthday in OK last weekend and has another party in AR this weekend! She loved every minute of it! Here are a few pictures from her party in OK!
